You expect the best, and you deserve the best care available. Anova ensures the quality of your caregiver by carefully screening and selecting our applicants before they are hired. We then train our employeesin the skills they require and we regularly monitor their performance.
Our screening process includes checks of professional and character references, proper licensure or certification, criminal history record, child abuse record, satisfactory work record, and drug testing. Employees must then comply with our agency policies and our Agreement to Standards.
Staff competence is evaluated and monitored regularly. If additional skills are needed to meet our consumers needs, we provide specific training.
We protect our consumers
and also value our employees. Therefore, we protect our employees with workers' compensation, professional liability and bonding insurance.
