Anova Health Care System and its subsidiaries — Anova Home Healthcare Services, Inc., Anova Hospice Palliative Care Services, LLC, and Anova Health Care Services, Inc. (collectively referred to as “Anova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) — value your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information obtained through our website (www.anovahomehealth.com) and associated platforms (collectively, the “Site”), as well as your rights under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
